All of our keychains are made to order by our partner artisans. They are subject to strict quality controls by our teams, comply with current standards, and are guaranteed against all defects.

When will I receive my order?
The process of handling your order includes artisanal manufacturing, quality controls, and shipping.
The average shipping time for an order by our artisans is 2 to 5 days.
Once your order is placed, your package will reach you in a maximum of 10 to 15 days, depending on the product, the time required for its production, and the location of the artisan.
We do everything possible to ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of our merchandise.
How can I track my parcel?
You can track your order using the tracking number we sent you in the shipping confirmation email.
Some of our products are sent separately (see below), so you may have received multiple tracking numbers referring to several parcels.
It's possible that you did not receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email, due to the synchronization delay of our software with the shipping platform.
Don't worry, it will be added to your order summary in a few days.
My order is not complete
If your order includes several items, they may be sent separately, depending on stock availability, shipping warehouses and suppliers.
Each of your packages will then have its own tracking number. Don't worry, we'll make sure your order arrives in its entirety as soon as possible.
How much does delivery cost?
We deliver our products worldwide. There is no minimum order quantity. Our standard shipping price is $4.90. Free shipping on orders of $30 or more.
Can I change my order?
Yes, as long as your order is not "in process".
Can I cancel my order?
It is possible to cancel your order, but if the order is already in preparation, the cancellation fee will be 40% of the purchase price. It is not possible to cancel an order that has already been dispatched.
I have not received my order
A problem with the Post Office? Lost, broken or destroyed parcel?
With our secure delivery option,KEYFERO will take care of the problem for you. We don't pass the buck to the carrier and leave you to fend for yourself.
We take full responsibility by immediately sending you a new parcel at our expense. Don't hesitate to contact us by e-mail: our team will do its utmost to meet your expectations.
I would like to return an item
You have 14 days to decide. During this period, you may decide to return your product for a full refund.
After this period, we are only able to accept returns in the event of a proven product defect. Our products undergo strict quality controls before each shipment.
However, if your products show any manufacturing defect, please contact us by sending us a photograph of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible), together with your order number.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

Yes, in compliance with Internet sales regulations and as indicated by the padlock icon and "https" in the URL bar, our site and payment system are protected by a modern SSL encryption protocol, so your personal data remains completely private.

How can I order a product?

Can I combine my discount codes?
No. Except in exceptional cases, we accept only one discount code per order.
I've received an import tax
KEYFERO legally ships its products worldwide. However, the buyer is responsible for import taxes in his country, and we decline all responsibility.
