ARTICLE 1: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
1.1. Withdrawal Period
Customers have a right to withdraw and request an exchange or refund for any items provided by KEYFERO within 14 working days of receipt, provided the items are new, unused, and in their original packaging. This period is extended to the next working day if it ends on a weekend or public holiday.
ARTICLE 2: CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS
2.1. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact. This includes items being returned in their original cellophane packaging with corresponding invoices. Proof of any defects (descriptions and photos) should be sent to support@keyfero.com.
2.2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: Gift cards. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for completing your return. Please do not send purchases back to the manufacturer.
ARTICLE 3: EXCHANGES
3.1. Exchange Policy
We only offer exchanges for items if they are defective or damaged. For a different size or variant, you will need to place a new order on https://keyfero.com. Contact our Customer Service via the "Contact" tab for assistance.
ARTICLE 4: REFUNDS
4.1. Refund Procedure
Refunds are processed within 14 days of either receiving the returned item or evidence of its shipment, whichever comes first. The refund includes standard delivery costs of the initial order and will be made via the original payment method. Additional bank processing times may apply.
4.2. Refund Inspection and Approval
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
5.1. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items should be returned in good condition to avoid rejection of the refund or exchange. We do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD) returns.
