Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Options

We offer worldwide delivery to both home addresses and pickup points. Our two delivery methods allow you to choose the option that best suits your needs:

  • Standard Delivery: A base fee of $4.90 is charged for each order, with free delivery for orders over $30.
  • Secure Delivery Against Loss/Damage/Theft: For an added fee of $6.90, this option provides insurance against mishaps during transit. If your package is lost, damaged, or fails to arrive within 30 working days from shipping confirmation, you can contact customer service for a replacement at no additional cost.

Please note, the delivery address cannot be altered once an order is confirmed.

 

2. Shipping and Delivery Times

  • Preparation and Transit Time: Our delivery time includes both the preparation and transit phases. Generally, orders are shipped within 3 to 5 working days, and you can expect to receive your package within 10 to 15 working days from order confirmation (USA and Europe). This timeframe may extend due to external factors beyond our control, such as carrier strikes or severe weather conditions.
  • Craftsmanship and Quality: We prioritize quality over speed. Our products, crafted by artisans in China and England, are unique and made to order. While this approach extends delivery times, it ensures you receive a high-quality, one-of-a-kind product.
  • Notification: You will be informed via email about the status of your order, including preparation and dispatch.

 

3. Package Tracking

You can easily track your package on our website using the "Order Tracking" link at the bottom of our web site. Enter your order number and the email address used for the order to access the tracking information.

 

4. Delivery Terms

  • Delivery Zones: Our postal service delivers in USA (all states), Europe (including France, Corsica, Belgium, Réunion, Guadeloupe, Martinique, Mayotte, Saint-Martin, Luxembourg, Monaco), and worldwide.
  • Order Cancellation: Before dispatch, orders can be canceled if necessary.
  • Transport Costs: Delivery fees vary based on product selection, total order value, delivery area, and chosen delivery method. To optimize shipping costs, we recommend consolidating your purchases into a single order.

 

5. Delivery Problems

  • Reporting Issues: Report any delivery issues to our Customer Service promptly, within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • Refund for Delay: If the delivery time is not met, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund within 14 days of cancellation. If the product arrives after cancellation, it should be returned as per our return policy.
  • Product Conformity: Upon delivery, please check the product conformity and note any discrepancies on the delivery slip, if possible.
